I took our Rottweiler into Priority Pets on a Friday afternoon with an injured right paw. They examined her and found she had a torn nail that was bleeding. They explained the options on how to treat this clearly. They set us up with medication and instructions and we were in and out in under thirty minutes. All of the staff were very friendly and the facility was extremely clean! Then we received a follow up text Saturday morning from Priority Pets, checking up on our Rottweiler. That was a very pleasant surprise. If we ever have a need for an after hours vet, we will definitely be returning to Priority Pets! They are even open on Holidays!!

I walked in to this facility when my dog wasn't well. I had never been to an urgent care for any of my pets, and was a little hesitent. My experience at Priorty Pet was wonderful! Everyone I came in contact with was kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Dr. Hendrix took his time with me and my dog, and explained everything in great detail. I never felt rushed, which gave me a level of comfort I didn't expect. I feel 1000% confident in the care my dog received, and will recommend them without any hesitation. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

We brought our dog in on a Sunday afternoon for urgent, but non emergency care. The staff and Doctor Emily Hardgrove were extremely friendly and caring. The doctor diagnosed our dog’s problem and prescribed medication. For a weekend visit and great care extremely affordable. We highly recommend.

Great care for Smokey! He had an allergic reaction to something. We are snowbirds during the winter, and he has a full-time vet in PA. The doctor and staff were extremely attentive and will be Smokey’s urgent care vet when we’re in The Villages. Highly recommended for care and a reasonable price.
