Dr. Brown grew up in Apopka, Fl. She attended the University of Tampa for her Bachelors and Masters. She then received her degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year at the University of Illinois. Dr. Brown then returned to Florida to practice in her home state. Dr. Brown primarily treats canine and feline patients, but also has experience with small mammals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and rodents, as well as reptiles such as bearded dragons, turtles, and tortoises. Her special interests include dermatology, internal medicine, behavior, pain management and dentistry. Outside of work Dr. Brown, her husband RJ, and kids Lorelai, Reagan, and Linley have a small farm with dogs, cats, horses, goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and a bearded dragon. She enjoys nature and spending time with her family. While Dr. Brown loves all animals, she has a soft spot for Quarter horses and Boston terriers.
Dr. Stacy Benitez
DVM
Dr. Benitez is originally from Miami, FL where she grew up on a small hobby farm in the Redland area. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2015 from Florida International University. She also received her Master’s in Public Health with a focus in epidemiology from Florida International University in 2018. Soon after receiving her MPH, she began her veterinary school journey at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2022. She completed her clinical year at Louisiana State University.
Some of her favorite things to do in her time off include hanging out with family and friends, kayaking, snorkeling, escape rooms, and going on walks with her dogs.
